Kuicko — Terms of Use

The Terms of Use is from Phacolite Prolific Private Limited ("Kuicko", “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) — the entity behind the Kuicko Platform (mobile app, website, and related services).

This document explains the rules for using the Kuicko platform — including food, grocery, pharmacy, e-commerce, and parcel delivery services.
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Platform or contact support.


Quick Summary

  • Kuicko connects customers with restaurants, stores, pharmacies, sellers, and courier partners.

  • Partners sell and prepare goods; delivery riders deliver them.

1. Who Can Use Kuicko

  • Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering a contract.

  • For pharmacy orders, valid prescriptions and legal compliance are required.


2. Your Account

  • You may register using phone, email, or social login. Provide true and current details.

  • You are responsible for account security and OTPs.

  • Accounts involved in fraud or policy violations may be suspended or deleted.


3. Ordering — How It Works

  • Browse, select items, and confirm your order.

  • Prices include product cost; extra fees (delivery, taxes, convenience) are shown at checkout.

  • Order confirmation = request received (not guaranteed fulfillment).

  • Delivery times are estimates, affected by traffic or partner readiness.


4. Payments, Refunds & Invoices

  • Supported methods: Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

  • Refunds follow the Refund Policy and may take 5–14 days to reflect.

  • A digital invoice is issued for each completed order.


5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Rules differ by category:

    • Food: Usually non-refundable once prepared.

    • Grocery / Pharmacy / E-commerce: Defined cancellation windows.

  • Report issues within specified timelines for returns/refunds.

  • Pharmacy returns may be restricted due to health regulations.


6. Pharmacy & Prescription Orders

  • Prescription upload required for medicines.

  • Partners may verify and request ID at delivery.

  • Kuicko provides no medical advice — consult licensed professionals.


7. Parcel Delivery (Intra-city & Intercity)

  • Only permitted items can be shipped.

  • Prohibited items: explosives, narcotics, illegal or hazardous goods.

  • Sender must pack securely and declare accurate contents.

  • Insurance/Declared Value options available for shipments.


8. Partner & Third-Party Responsibilities

  • Partners (restaurants, stores, couriers) are independent entities.

  • Kuicko facilitates but does not manufacture or sell goods.

  • Quality/safety is partner’s responsibility; report issues via support.


9. Promotions, Coupons & Wallet Credits

  • All offers follow specific terms (expiry, minimum value, etc.).

  • Misuse or fraud may lead to cancellation.

  • Promotional refunds may be given in wallet credit.


10. Ratings, Reviews & User Content

  • Users may rate services truthfully.

  • Do not post abusive, defamatory, or false content.

  • By posting, you grant Kuicko rights to use/display your content.

  • Inappropriate reviews may be removed.


11. Safety & Contactless Delivery

  • Provide accurate delivery instructions.

  • You authorize “contactless” drops at safe locations if chosen.

  • Don’t ask riders to perform unsafe or illegal tasks.

  • Provide ID when needed for restricted deliveries.


12. Prohibited Conduct

You must NOT:

  • Use the Platform for illegal/fraudulent purposes.

  • Manipulate reviews or create fake accounts.

  • Ship prohibited items.

Violations may cause account suspension or legal action.


13. Intellectual Property

  • All app content (logos, code, visuals) belongs to Kuicko.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

  • You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us rights for service operation.


14. Privacy & Data

  • Data collection and use are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

  • By using Kuicko, you consent to those data practices.


15. Disclaimer & Liability

  • We strive for reliability but are not liable for third-party or uncontrollable events.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the order amount.

  • No responsibility for indirect losses (like emotional distress or missed business).


16. Indemnity

If your actions cause losses or legal issues for Kuicko, you agree to indemnify us (cover reasonable costs/damages).


17. Suspension & Termination

  • Accounts may be suspended for fraud, misuse, or repeated violations.

  • You can delete your account anytime; some data may be retained for legal compliance.


18. Policy Updates

  • We may revise Terms periodically.

  • Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.


19. Dispute Resolution

  • Contact in-app support or email first for any issue.

  • If unresolved, disputes fall under Indian law and local jurisdiction.
